I.D.E.A. COMMITTEE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
We, the members of the I.D.E.A. committee of MVMC, will endeavor to educate ourselves,each other and our MVMC sisterhood about systemic racism, as we strive to create an equitable organization that is open, affirming and actively anti-racist.
